FAQ's on specific states:

Florida Permit Process: 2 anti vortex main drains are required a $65 upgrade and in certain cities a raised seal stamp is required. A $175 charge will be applied for the Engineer Stamp.

California Permit Process: We made this process very simple. We have a permit on file the CA: ICBO#ER-5339 is all you need. Low-Nox heaters are required in certain areas, check your county for requirements. Mostly only in the southern part of the state.
