What is included in my swimming pool kit?

How is the kit delivered?
Your Pool Kit will be shipped out to your
house in 10-15 days.! Shipping is included in the Continental United States
with no tax outside of California. Some items, which are of special
order, will not make the 10-15days i.e. custom liners and covers. The
inground pool kits, depending on pool size and shape, are usually delivered
on 3-4 standard 4x8 pallets and the pool step. Due to the size and
weight of the pool kits, they can only be shipped by truck or common
carrier.
How do I get the pool off the truck and who is responsible?The
customer is responsible for unloading the truck. We want the customer to
inspect all the items and make sure that the items are there and are not
damaged. You must inform the carrier before he leaves which items are
damaged and if anything is missing. All damaged items must be sent back
with the shipper. The pallets are wrapped and are easily opened to
remove box by box. The driver is not responsible for unloading the truck. He
may help but is not required to, and what ever items he removes please look
at them to. If you have a couple of family members, neighbors, or friends to
help unload it, of course it would make it easier. Keep in mind that the
pool kits ship factory direct and Pinnacle Swimming Pools has little to no
control of what happens when the items are being shipped. Please look
at all the items.

follow our instructions to find if any item that may be damage (claim with
shipper before he leaves) this is an essential to our fast shipment of any
damaged items.

What if we have questions when installing
our Pool Kit?
We support the customer 100% with any
questions on installation. Please call tech support (phone # is found in
your installation kit) for installation questions and to help guide you
though the building process from 9-5 eastern standard time Monday- Friday.
With over 20 years experience per tech they are worth their weight in gold.
Pool kit and the (?) is not working.This is easy. Just call
and tell us what is not working or you can call the Manufacture direct with
your manual to help trouble shoot any problems. We will call up the
manufacture and either they will send out a new item or send out a
representative to fix the problem.How how easy is it to install a
Pinnacle swimming pool?
Everyone should have their pool excavated by a professional. The electrical
needs to wired by a licensed electrician. All the other steps can be
preformed by the home owner or a handy man. Because Pinnacle Swimming Pools
swimming pool kits are sold factory direct, most pool dealers do not want to
install the swimming pool kit with the equipment they do not sell, so deal
with a local carpenter or contractor than with a pool dealer. This is an
average cost prices may be lower or higher in your area.
