Sunbelt Spas’ fiberglass spa shell is warranted to retain structural integrity and configuration, free of water loss due to a defect in the spa shell for the lifetime of the original purchaser.

The interior surface of the spa is warranted against fading, blistering, cracking, and delaminating due to defects in the surface materials for a period of five years from the date of purchase.

All support equipment, components, and controls for the spa are warranted with a five-year parts and labor guarantee against defect in workmanship and materials.

All plumbing, pipe, manifolds, and jets are protected with a five-year warranty for parts and labor against defects in the workmanship and materials.

ENERGY-LOCK INSULATION SYSTEM

Sunbelt Spas’ Energy-Lock Insulation System uses the spa cabinet to increase water-heating efficiency. Foam panels added to the inside of the cabinet walls maximize heat retention without creating the service disadvantages of a full-foam cabinet.

The insulated cabinet walls and our Heat Seal spa bottom form a barrier that traps warm air under the spa, using the pump-generated heat to help maintain water temperature. This practical use of equipment is much more efficient than fully foam spas, which much vent the generated warmth outside of the cabinet to prevent the equipment from overheating.

SPA COVER

Economy is an important aspect in the operation of your spa. One way to cut down on energy costs while protecting your spa is investing in an insulating cover. A Sunbelt Spa cover can save you money on electrical operating expenses by preventing extensive heat loss. It retains as much as 90% more heat when compared to an uncovered spa.

Using a cover reduces the amount of time it takes to heat a spa. Once the water has reached the desired temperature, your spa will lose very little heat over a 24 hour period. A spa cover also keeps debris, dust, leaves, and pests out of the water. The cover reduces evaporation to a minimum, keeping the concentration of chemicals in the water at the proper levels. A spa cover also protects the beautiful acrylic surface from the damaging heat and light of the sun.

Sunbelt Spas’ covers are made to exact specifications for the spa model you choose. These lightweight covers are reinforced with metal strips and enclosed in Marine Grade vinyl, making them resistant to mildew, chlorine, and extreme cold. The cover also has a 4” to 2” taper for rapid water drainage and an extended life. A variety of colors are offered to complement your new Sunbelt Spa.

CROWN-MOLDED LIP

One of the places your spa must be most durable is around the entire top molded edge. Special insulating strips within the layers of fiberglass coating the acrylic shell reinforce the elegant rounded lip of every Sunbelt Spa. Wood bracing is also added to provide increased structural integrity.

Sunbelt Spas’ cabinets are carefully engineered to support the acrylic shell and hold it firmly in place. Unlike methods that hang the shell inside the cabinet, a Sunbelt Spas cabinet is designed to ease the pressure created by the weight of the water, and ensure that your spa will stay true for life.

This added attention to unseen detail is yet another reason why Sunbelt Spas are superior in providing years of relaxation unmarred by the worry of buckling or cracking.
 

The Quality and Integrity You Demand!

NON-SLIP, CONTOURED PILLOWS

When enjoying your Sunbelt Spa, the hydrotherapeutic massage of the jets soothes muscles and relieves tension, but without attention to the neck and head, true relaxation is hard to find.

To solve this tension dilemma, Sunbelt Spas offers soft, curved injection-molded pillows. Sculpted to fit the bake of your neck and head, the pillows provide additional comfort and support while you are relaxing in your spa.

Sunbelt Spas’ engineers have designed the pillow recesses so that they are pleasing with the pillows, and also without. Should you lose or need to replace a pillow, the recess is comfortable functional on its own.

Completely waterproof and easily removable, these pillows are included standard in each of our regular system options on all of our spa models.

TEXTURED STEPS AND FLOORING

Making your spa safe is of the utmost importance to Sunbelt Spas . When entering or exiting your spa, you want to feel secure that you won’t slip or fall. For added safety, the steps leading into the water are made of a slightly textured acrylic for increased traction.

The same textured acrylic is found on the bottom surface and foot well of each Sunbelt Spa to ensure safe movement within the spa during use.
 

UNDERWATER LIGHT

Whether you’re installing your Sunbelt Spa indoors or outdoors, an underwater light can enhance the overall appearance and ambiance of your spa.

Standard on all Sunbelt Spas, the UL listed underwater light comes with two colored lenses to suit your mood and a permanent clear lens. Our Premium, Supreme, Ultimate I and Ultimate II series systems have an upgraded light with two different intensities. There’s a soft glow for your more relaxed moments, and a brighter illumination for a cheerful mood. The light is small (only 2.5” in diameter) and requires only one easily replaced bulb, yet fully illuminates the spa’s beautiful acrylic interior.

The underwater light provides added safety in entering or exiting the spa for indoor or outdoor use. It’s just one more way that Sunbelt Spas works to provide you with the very best.
