A final note. Doing
the saunas nightly can simply make you feel better. Many of us know how
good our bodies can feel the next day after we have gotten real exercise.
It's amazing, but the sauna can give your body that wonderful feel, too!
Every one that I have gotten to use a sauna continues to this day,
unwilling to give it up!
