Custom and Large Items

which shipping is included cannot be returned. Cancellations on orders are charged a 25% restocking fee. Pinnacle Pools will have the Manufacturer quickly and correctly fix or replace the item or items that are
defective.
MISSING AND-DAMAGED ITEMS:
Report any missing and/or damaged items before the shipper leaves. Pinnacle Pools is not responsible for damages caused by the shipping company.
All damaged items must be sent back (refused) with the
shipper if the customer wants Pinnacle Pools to replace the damaged item. If the customer does not refuse the item or does not notice any damages at the time of delivery, then the customer will file a damage claim
(concealed damages) form with the shipping company and be reimbursed by the same.

How to return items within 30 days of purchase.

1. Items must be new and not used in original box. |

Email Pinnacle Pools your on-line receipt with a reason of return:
info@swimmingpool.cc. A RMA-# will be issued. |

3. Returned items will be freight pre-paid via UPS. Shipping charges are non-refundable. The RMA-# must appear clearly on all cartons. |

Please have item in original packaging with all accessories and/or instruction manuals and warranty information. We reserve the right to charge all fees on any product returned not
following these conditions in addition to a 25% restocking fee.
Defective items after 30 days.
Manufacturer customer service centers provide great help with installation and any problems you might run in to. Please read your product manual, and or call the manufacturer help line.
